Intuitive Professional Project Scheduling

The existing visual project editor and Gantt chart functionality in ProjExec now includes more features to simplify the scheduling and revision process for project managers.  ProjExec 4.2.3 includes edit in place capability that lets project managers make schedule changes directly in the table of the Gantt view.  The visual editor now locally recomputes schedules immediately for time savings and performance improvements without taking time to save the schedule on the server.  Other scheduling enhancements include a full screen view for ease-of-use and features added to simply the job of busy project managers.

ProjExec 4.2.3 is true Enterprise Project Management 2.0 that scales to accommodate very large projects and complex project team structures.  ProjExec handles projects with upwards of 5,000 tasks elegantly and supports workloads that can involve thousands of users and project participants.

The latest release of ProjExec also includes a Web Services API to further extend the IBM Lotus platform with powerful Project Management 2.0 functionality.  The API allows developers to call ProjExec Web Services to access and retrieve commonly requested project data for use in other applications.
